At Young Astronauts Club Australia, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, engaging space education programs for Australian kids. We put a huge amount of care, preparation, and heart into everything we do — but we also understand that sometimes a program just isn’t the right fit for every child or family.

ONLINE PROGRAMS & MEMBERSHIPS

If you feel the Young Astronauts Club isn’t right for your child:

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the program content has been accessed.

• After this period, refunds are not available. Memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.

• Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

TERM PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS & SPACE CAMPS

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not refundable due to committed planning, staffing, materials, and venue costs.

• If a place can be filled from a waitlist, a partial refund may be offered where possible.

ILLNESS OR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that life happens. If your child is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. While refunds may not always be possible, we will do our best to offer a credit toward a future program or a transfer to another suitable session (subject to availability).

PROGRAM CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY US

In the unlikely event that Young Astronauts Club Australia needs to cancel or significantly reschedule a program, families will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future program.

Our goal is for every child to feel inspired, confident, and curious about space. If this program wasn’t the right fit for your family, we truly wish you all the best — and hope to welcome you back on another mission in the future.
